Template:Infobox WarioWare D.I.Y. Showcase, known in Japan as Asobu Made in Ore (あそぶメイド イン 俺 Asobu Meido in Ore, lit. "Play Made in Me") is an addition to the Nintendo DS title WarioWare: D.I.Y., a game of the WarioWare series. It was released on April 29, 2009 in Japan as a downloadable WiiWare game for the price of 800 Wii Points. It is set to be released in North America in quarter 1 of 2010.[1] The game allows to use microgames and other content created with WarioWare: D.I.Y. on the Wii, though it can also be played without a copy of WarioWare: D.I.Y..

Like its Nintendo DS counterpart, WarioWare D.I.Y. Showcase includes a number of premade microgames divided into four different sets. The stages are hosted by WarioWare characters and each set is based around a certain theme, similar to the first game in the series.

There are three ways to get microgames in Showcase:

  • From DS to Wii
  • From Wii to Wii
  • From Nintendo to Wii

The player has also the option to send microgames to other players. The two ways are:

  • From Wii to DS
  • From Wii to Wii

Story Sequences

As indicated above, here are four characters that have their own Micro-Games, thus an own stage as well. Each has a different story. When actually cleared the stages, mixed stages can be unlocked.

Microgames made by Wario's crew

Image Character Microgame theme Story
WMAMIOS.png Wario-Man Microgames involving Wario himself One day flying (slowly) in the park, Wario-Man saw some boys at the toilet cabins, who really need to go to the toilet. However, there are problems with the doors; they won't seem to open. So, Wario-Man is going to help them.
DSAMIOS.png Dribble and Spitz Microgames involving Science Fiction The Diamond Taxi pair Dribble and Spitz seem to participate on a car rally. Of course to get a prize. Between Micro-games, their car and other cars are bashing each other out of the way, and the first one who reached the finish wins the race.
KAAMIOS.png Kat and Ana Microgames involving animals The kindergarten-ninjas seem to jump off a cliff; but then fly above the sky using capes in a style of Cape Mario. Four other birds fly with the two.
18AMIOS.png 18-Volt Microgames involving Nintendo products Just like 9-Volt in the DS version, 18-Volt's stage is based on a classic game, where 18-Volt stars in. He's there able to shoot Fronks, and 9-Volt seems to be a boss, oddly enough.
NRAMIOS.png Normal Remix All the microgames of Wario's crew No story. Wario's TV turns on and the player must be ready to play some microgames. After four microgames are played, the speed will get higher or a bossgame will be played.
