Wonky gives you advice and tips about random things in the game for 5 coins. It would be wise to pay him for a few tips once in a while.

Appears in Rougeport sewers, in the chamber with the broken pillars, fountain, and buildings. Take a right to the chamber room of Fahr Fhar Outpost and Twilight Town.
