Melon Race

Melon Race is a mini-game found in Yoshi's Story. It involves a Yoshi's crossing a starting line after hitting a ? Block. The Yoshi's then must outrun a Chain Chomp, who is eating Melons on the screen. If the Chain Chomp gets to the first melon, the Chain Chomp will quickly eat it as the Chain Chomp rapidly tries to get the rest of the melons line up. The faster the Yoshi's get there, the more Melon's they will get when the Yoshi crosses the finish line. This mini-game only appears in certain levels like the Tall Tower.
