The Pushing Blocks are items from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They are pinkish-orange blocks that move when pushed. When they hit a wall, they grows huge, piling up on the wall. When Ground Pounded on, they shrink. This was an easy way to get items over spikes. They were very rare, and only appeared in two levels.
