Clouds are enemies that appear in Hotel Mario. In Lemmy's High-ate Regency Hotel, clouds appear throughout the stages, flying around to obscure the player's view of Mario or Luigi and enemies. Despite the nuisance, they are otherwise harmless. Once Mario finds the switch for a big fan hidden in a random room, clouds stop appearing for the rest of the hotel.
