The '''Crimson Slim''' tires are a set of unlockable tires in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]''.  They offer a slight boosts to speed and handling, and are exactly the same as the [[Slim (tire)|Slim]], except that they are completely crimson in color. It also hinders acceleration slightly and traction heavily.

It is now available from the start in ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]''.

In ''Mario Kart 8 Deluxe'', the Crimson Slim now share their stats with the [[Wood]] tires. They now have improved anti-gravity speed, and their traction, air speed, anti-gravity handling, and acceleration stats has been further reduced. CPU [[Toad]] uses these tires when he is riding the [[Yoshi Bike]].
