The travel brochure of the Cloud Kingdom discusses Mysterious Clouds, referring to them as "super-light stuff" and "strangely floaty material" and stating they were first discovered recently by researchers at Fossil Falls; it also states that the discovery of Mysterious Clouds led to the discovery of the Cloud Kingdom by promoting certain researchers to begin investigations regarding its existence.
