Shuffle is a minigame that appears in the Nintendo DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. Shuffle is used as the minigame for the red door of the Beijing 2008 section of the Gallery, and is based around following a card through a shuffle.

Gameplay[edit]

In this game, the player is shown a card featuring a character's Emblem to find on the top screen, and a deck of four cards containing the one the player must find on the lower screen. The cards are shuffled, and the player must follow the correct card and select it to continue playing the game. The player has 10 seconds to select the card at the start of the game, but gains another 10 seconds for each correct card they find. After the player has found a card, a new card and deck is shown and the process starts again. As the game progresses, the shuffling moves the cards around more to make it harder to follow. The player only has one life, and the minigame will end when the player either makes a mistake or runs out of time.
