Sutakichi (スタ吉) is a Star that works, along other Stars, at the power-up factory in Star World, that appears in Super Mario-kun volume 5.
Bowser 3 takes over the Star World and kidnaps all the Stars, so that Mario will not have the power-ups they create, but Sutakichi manages to escape and flees to Dinosaur Land, where he meets Mario, Luigi and Yoshi, who agree on helping him.
