The Thousand-Year Door description A Silver Club routing slip. It's so well used, it's tattered.

The Routing Slip is a document that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is a key item necessary for completing part of the quest Newsletter... The Routing Slip can be obtained after Chapter 4 at the Trouble Center in Rogueport. Mario is able to accept a request from Mayor Dour, the mayor of Twilight Town. Mario must go to Twilight Town and talk to Mayor Dour. Mayor Dour then gives Mario the Routing Slip to deliver to the Puni elder. Once the Puni elder signs it, Mario exchanges it for a newsletter.
