A Fruit Parfait is one of the health-restoring items used in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. A Keel Mango and a Peachy Peach, when given to Zess T., will create this sweet dessert which refills ten HP and two FP.
In Super Paper Mario, it was made by Dyllis, who used a Peachy Peach and a Snow Cone. This version of the item was more useful, as it damaged all enemies on-screen and froze them, without the need of playing a mini-game with the Wii Remote. It also makes more sense to have a Snow Cone in the mix, as the middle of the treat is ice cream.
