Spin and Bear It is a General minigame in Mario Party: Island Tour. This minigame is the second one to have a name play on "grin and bear it", after Grin and Bar It from Mario Party 7.

Introduction[edit]

A Shy Guy is on the red portion of the spinning wheel and ends up stopping in front of the hammer, which smashes it, causing the characters to jump in shock. When the hammer raises back up, the Shy Guy is now stunned, and the minigame begins.

Gameplay[edit]

Each player should choose a spot on the wheel to stand on. An arrow randomly selects a player to spin the wheel. As they do so, one of the characters will stop in front of a hammer. This character is smashed and loses. In each round, there will be one less spot, and remaining players can choose a place to stay on again. The player who survives until the end is the winner.

Controls[edit]

  • Circle Pad – Move
  • A Button – Confirm
  • Stylus – Spin wheel
