Ummmm.... It says that the exchange rate is changed daily, but where do we have proof of that? I really have no clue why the amounts are different, but should we mark it as citation needed. I really have no clue what to do, just bringing this to your attention. Luigfreak Luigi Mai talk

For all intents and purposes, these are just standard coins. They are only referred to as a separate currency in the context of two jokes about how since they are in a different nation, of course they use a different currency than in the Mushroom Kingdom. But outside of dialogue, the game considers both types of coins as the same thing. This is most clearly apparent in Stardust Fields prior to meeting Tolstar, where it is possible to obtain coins that should logically count as "Beanbean coins", but are combined with your Mushroom Kingdom coins both in the inventory and when talking to Tolstar. Put a merge template on. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 08:58, May 7, 2024 (EDT)
Actually, you put the raw code for a merge template up. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 10:02, May 7, 2024 (EDT)
Hmmm...perhaps a 3rd type of M&L:SS coin? One that would count as a BeanBean coin, but is considered a Mushroom Kingdom coin? SONIC123CDMANIA+&K(B&ATSA) (talk) 10:08, May 7, 2024 (EDT)
No, sorry. The coins are basically the same thing and are differentiated like twice. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 08:52, May 8, 2024 (EDT)
