Should this be moved to Flurrie? Because Bow is sometimes referred to as "Lady Bow", yet her article's title is just "Bow". Or should that page be moved to Lady Bow? --KPH2293 15:03, 11 May 2007 (EDT)

Oh, I don't know, I guess Sorry i'll move it back... Great Gonzo

Flurrie Stats[edit]

Wouldn't it be a good idea to show how well Flurrie can preform in battle and the combos she can use? If you don't mind, I'd like to keep that section up.

That would be too GameFaqsy. Maybe if Nintendo gave some official strategies, we could include them. Otherwise we are verging into unofficial fan territory that becomes very subjective. -- Son of Suns

Okay, your right. I guess it's more strategywiki material.

Species[edit]

Is her species officially a 'Wind Spirit'? She seems to be more like a Foo from NSMBWii. ~Why Bother (talk)

I think that she is called a Wind Spirit somewhere in the game. YoshiwakerTyranitar.png
Any idea where? ~Why Bother (talk)
Probably around the time when Punio first mentioned her, I guess... YoshiwakerTyranitar.png
I'll have to check. ~Why Bother (talk)

Is Flurrie considered to be "undead"?[edit]

A spirit is like a ghost, and that's what her official species is (wind spirit to be exact). Should we categorize her as undead? Artwork of a Goomba from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door Goomba (talk · edits) NSMBU Goomba Artwork.png 00:53, 11 March 2013 (EDT)

Catch card that breaks the fourth wall?[edit]

The title of this section sums it all up. RPG Gamer. I HAVE RPG!! (talk) 02:02, 14 April 2013 (EDT)

I doubt that it breaks the fourth wall. The closest thing I see is "latest Paper Mario adventure".

Flurrie's official name[edit]

I am heavily in favor of this move since Nintendo's official blogs and music titles use the dub "Madame Flurrie". I don't mean to compare articles but if we take a look at Bobbery's article, it uses his "Admiral" title rather than his name alone, which I find to be coincidental. So shouldn't Flurrie's page have the same attribute? -User:Jude da Dude

I agree that the two characters should have the same treatment, though personally I would rather move "Admiral Bobbery" to just "Bobbery" instead. Looking at a text dump of the game, there are 103 instances of "Bobbery", only 26 of which are preceded by "Admiral", for example. Blinker (talk) 16:43, July 27, 2024 (EDT)
Hmm, I don't disagree with you from that standpoint, Blinker. I could ask Nightwicked Bowser about this but just out of curiosity, does most of the text dump also have Flurrie's name preceded by the "Madame" title? I'm kinda having the same mindset with Lady Bow's page too. -User:Jude da Dude
I'm looking at this text dump. There are 53 instances of "Flurrie", only 15 of which are preceded by "Madame". As for Bow, there are, from what I can find (a bit harder to count due to all the mentions of Bowser, but I think this is accurate) 67 instances of "Bow", 31 of which are preceded by "Lady", which is more than Bobbery and Flurrie get. Although, all three are referred to only by their shorter names in the partner menus and such (unlike Ms. Mowz). Blinker (talk) 18:18, July 27, 2024 (EDT)
There's also the Catch Card list in Super Paper Mario to take into account; Flurrie and Bobbery are referred to with their titles and yet Bow isn't. Mario jumping Nightwicked Bowser Bowser emblem from Mario Kart 8 13:48, July 28, 2024 (EDT)
