This is my first proposal, so I might make some mistakes. The Huge Icicle only appears in New Super Mario Bros Wii and New Super Mario Bros. U, and it acts as an obstacle or platform. But in later games such as Super Mario Odyssey and Yoshi's Crafted World, a huge icicles reappear, but they are just known as icicles. The information is also at the Icicle page. The Huge Icicle is just a bigger icicle that can be walked on and block some areas, thus, I think these articles should be merged. Though, we could also move some of the Super Mario Odyssey and the Yoshi's Crafted World information from the Icicle page to over here.
