Template:TCRF

The TCRF template creates a box that links to the appropriate page on The Cutting Room Floor.

Parameters

An optional first parameter is the article title on TCRF and an optional second parameter is the link display text. The template defaults to the current page title, and it automatically isolates the game name on pre-release and unused content list articles, so setting a parameter shouldn't be needed in most cases.

Usage

If a game has a pre-release and unused content list article

On the pre-release and unused content list article, the template should be placed at the top of the external links section if it exists, otherwise it should be placed at the top of the last main section (immediately underneath the second-level heading).

If a TCRF bulleted external link is already present, remove it. If the external links section is empty after doing so, remove the section (and then insert the template at the top of the last main section).

If a game does NOT have a pre-release and unused content list article

On the game article, the template should be placed at the top of the pre-release and unused content section if it exists, otherwise it should be placed directly under {{NIWA}} or above {{Wikipedia}} if either is present, otherwise it should be placed at the top of the external links section if it exists, otherwise it should be placed at the top of the last main section (immediately underneath the second-level heading).
