Hello, all you readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing, to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.
As you may be aware, the wiki has adopted a "to-do list" format for article maintenance, similar to The Cutting Room Floor. As such, the construction, stub, rewrite, and rewrite-expand templates are being phased out. This edition of Spotlight is dedicated to these templates. This is the last time you'll see these as focuses, so you better savor them! But before we give one last goodbye, let's go over last month's focuses.
In a shocking turn of events, all six focuses were completed by Mariuigi Khed (talk)! He gave us the list of Suspects, added information of the battles against Poppy Kong, wrote the writing for Wall Lakitu, added an image of a Luigi-posed Cosmic Clone, possessed shrewdness by relocating notes in Shrewd Possessor, and provided a citation for Ella's voice actress! Way to go! Furthermore, Sorbetti (talk) added detailed prose for each appearance of Wall Lakitu.

Now just before we leave you, we'd like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently 48 that need to be implemented, dating as far back as 2024, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed. Additionally, there are many unresolved discussions that we would love to see come to some sort of conclusion. Some might have already concluded and just need the template removed, others have been waiting for a response for years. There are also thousands of articles with unsourced foreign names. They are found within this category, so please help out and add sources for them.
