Blocked?

I just got home to find I had been blocked on the SmashWiki by you. I am confused as to what I have done wrong to get blocked, as all I did was make one edit and make a user page. I was going to ask you what I did wrong but it wouldn't even let me do that, so I was forced to come here. Could you please tell me what it is that I did, as I am very confused, the account is called Fight leader.
