The Veranda is the first location of the Treacherous Mansion, the fifth mansion Luigi encounters during the events of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Luigi can access the basement of the mansion by using the vacuum on the Poltergust 5000 the hidden red ball in the well which is revealed by using the Dark Light. Obviously, Luigi can go inside the mansion by going inside the front door after it has been snatched back from the Polterpup that took it.
