Happy Harbor is a port town in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "20,000 Koopas Under the Sea / Vampire Until Ready". Many Toads live here. Mario and his friends visited this harbor when King Koopa and his submarine, the Koopilus attacked this place.
Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad defeated King Koopa and his Bloobers and Happy Harbor became Happy again.
