Lakipeas are the Beanbean Kingdom counterparts to Lakitus, first appearing in the game Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. In keeping with the theme of their homeland, their names are a combination of "Lakitu" and "pea". Lakipeas are nearly identical to regular Lakitus, with the only differences being that the Lakipea has a sprout growing on its head and a vine-covered cloud. They also throw toss Sharpea eggs at their instead of regular Spinies. During battle, the Sharpea Eggs can be countered with Hammers.
