The Dondon[1] is a bird enemy that appears in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Dondon slowly swoop down from the top of the screen before flying forward. It appears in the final stage of Tree Zone. They also appear in the sole Hippo stage. They are defeated through conventional means: a simple stomp on the head will subdue them.
