Mini Rosalina performing a Lunar Launch

Lunar Launch is Mini Rosalina's special ability in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge. The move is performed as a normal jump and allows Mini Rosalina to launch itself upward while spinning, potentially reaching a high platform. The move needs to be used in Level 11 to access Mini Rosalina's assigned amiibo Door in the top left, after disabling a group of blocks underneath it using a Red Color Switch. This door leads to Gravity Galaxy, where Mini Rosalina frequently performs the Lunar Launch to advance through its levels or reach bonuses positioned high above the ground.

The move is similar to Mini Luigi's High Jump ability, although Mini Luigi's jump is shorter and it also moves forward.
