The Small Koopa Troopa is a variety of Koopa Troopa that appears in Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS. Unlike regular Koopa Troopas, the Small Koopa Troopa is defeated by any kind of contact with Mario, and it does not drop a shell but instead only a Blue Coin. It appears only on the Tiny Island of Tiny-Huge Island, where it is found in the small field with the fence, just past the iron balls rolling down the mountain. It is located in the same place as Koopa the Quick is on the Huge Island.
