Handles[1][2] are objects in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and its Game Boy Advance remake, appearing in Doorstop Dash and Kastle Kaos. In both locations, hanging from one triggers an event: The former handles are also known as door control levers[3] and temporarily open metal doors, and the latter handles are also known as barrel-dispensing handles[4] and spawn barrels to attack Baron K. Roolenstein with. At certain points in the latter location, multiple handles appear at once, with only one being triggerable; the others are simply used to reach it, and as such, they are comparable to the hooks in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.
