Munchlesia are a peculiar species of plants that are found in Paper Mario. These plants are only found and grown on Lavalava Island. Mario encounters these types of plants in Jade Jungle. Munchelesias look like giant light brown beige plants with a green center. These plants use Coins as bait. If Mario jumps on one when it has a single Coin, it attacks him and he loses a single HP point. Their name is a portmanteau of "Rafflesia" and "munch".

Tattle

  • It's a Munchlesia. It grows only on Lavalava Island. If you jump on it, it'll wrap you up tight and take some of your health.
