The title of this article is official, but it comes from development data such as an internal filename. If an acceptable public source is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.
Black Fairies are dark fairies that appear in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. They are projectiles fired from the mouths of Tar Men, Tar Fish, Hard Roc, and Thunder Roc that fly for a short time before forming into a Black Fairy Attack and flying toward Donkey Kong. If he touches a Black Fairy Attack, he loses beats (a heart in the New Play Control! version).
