Bright Idea is a microgame found in the Ninja Scribble stage in WarioWare: Touched!

Early Japanese copies of WarioWare: Touched! contain a bug where the wires that are required to connect to the lightbulb cannot be drawn, rendering it impossible to win.[1]

Gameplay[edit]

The objective of the game is to figure out which wires of the light bulb connect to the ones on the battery by drawing two wires to reveal the image in the background. The player is given more time to complete this microgame than the other microgames in the stage. If the player connects an unconnected wire, they do not lose the microgame, but they lose time.

  • 1st level difficulty: There are two connected wires with a picture of Santa in the background.
  • 2nd level difficulty: There are two connected wires and two unconnected wires with a picture of a burglar facing the camera in shock while running away.
  • 3rd level difficulty: There are two connected wires and four unconnected wires with a picture of a woman about to eat the last piece of a cake, or a man looking at a mirror fixing his hair.
