Level 2-2+ is the second level of Donkey Kong Jungle Plus in Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake. The high score for this level in the original version is 23500. In the Nintendo Switch remake, the target time for this level's Time Attack is 13.00.

Overview[edit]

The player has seven seconds to reach the Mini-Mario below before a RamRam reaches and destroys it. To prevent the Mini-Mario from getting destroyed, the player needs to drop fruit above them onto the RamRams below. With the RamRams defeated, the player can fall through a sand platform on the left to reach the Mini-Mario. After collecting the Mini-Mario, the player needs to use a Springboard to get back up onto the starting platform, and they can reach the locked door from there.

In the remake, the level was slightly overhauled. It now features a blue Color Switch and several red Color Blocks blocking off the RamRams and the player, allowing the latter to assess the situation first before moving to reach the Mini-Mario.

Enemies[edit]

Present locations[edit]

  • Red: Over the sand platform. In the remake, it was moved to the left of the area with the RamRams.
  • Yellow: To the left of the area with the RamRams. In the remake, it was moved to the rightmost portion of the level, close to the one RamRam.
  • Blue: To the left of the ropes.
