Ōsama's commander is a minor character in BS Super Mario USA who serves as Ōsama's right hand man. He appears on one panel of the intro, where he is seen next to Ōsama while he uses a phone, calling someone. During gameplay, he talks to the player like the other characters.
His design is similar to that of Luigi's, with both having alike mustaches, as well as both being tall and skinny.
