First appearance BS Super Mario USA (1996)

Love-Love Fires are invinciblity power-up items that appear in BS Super Mario USA. They appear towards the end of each episode from the top of screen and slowly fall down while moving across the screen, defeating any enemy they contact including inactive Phantos. When it is grabbed, it grants Mario invincibility, similar to the Starman, and refills the Life Meter. In the first episode, it appears when the timer hits the 47th minute mark. In the second and third episodes, it is at the 49th minute. In the fourth episode, they appear twice at the 48th and 49th minute. The accompanying audio drama shows that it is Princess Peach that grants her Love-Love Fire to Mario.
