Ick Worms[1] are enemies from Yoshi's Story. They are found in only one level: Neuron Jungle. Ick Worms are large blue caterpillar-like insects that float down from the treetops in the Neuron Jungle. If a Yoshi eats one, they get an egg, but at the same time, they lose a petal from their Smile Meter. Only the Blue Yoshi and Light Blue Yoshi can eat Ick Worms without getting damaged. However, the leaves that Ick Worms soar on heal all of a Yoshi's health if eaten.

The Ick Worms' artwork can be used as a stamp in Mario Artist: Paint Studio.
