A Flutter Orb (originally called a Wiggler Capsule) is an Orb in Mario Party 5, Mario Party 6, and Mario Party 7.
History[edit]
Mario Party 5[edit]
In Mario Party 5, a Wiggler Capsule can be thrown onto a space on the board, or used on the player for 20 coins. Its effect is that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appears on a flower, asking if the player wants him to take them to the Star Space. If the player says "Yes," Wiggler turns into a Flutter, and he flies them to the Star Space.
Mario Party 6 / Mario Party 7[edit]
In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, players can use a Flutter Orb only on themselves. It costs 30 coins at an Orb hut. The effect remains the same. In Mario Party 6, a Flutter Orb can be bought only on Towering Treetop and in E. Gadd's Garage. In Mario Party 7, it can be bought only on Grand Canal and Bowser's Enchanted Inferno! This is most likely due to the fact that those boards are the only ones where the player can purchase Stars for 20 coins.
