It was extremely rare outside of Japan back then. Later, Nintendo brought Club Nintendo to America, Europe and Australia as of December 15, 2008, and Game & Watch Collection was made available via the service in those regions. Game & Watch Collection is a collection of three classic Game & Watch compilations from the Game & Watch series.

A sequel to this game, Game & Watch Collection 2 was originally released on December 15, 2008 in Japan, as part of the Club Nintendo program. It was made available to North America on March 31, and Australia in September later that year. It features the games Parachute and Octopus, as well as a new game; Parachute × Octopus, a combination of the two.

Game & Watch Collection is a limited-edition collection of three Game & Watch games for the Nintendo DS. It was originally available only via the Club Nintendo service in Japan in 2006. Later, Nintendo brought Club Nintendo to America, Europe, and Australia as of December 15, 2008, and Game & Watch Collection was made available via the service in those regions. A sequel, Game & Watch Collection 2, was also released through the Club Nintendo service, but none of its games are of the Super Mario franchise.

The three games included in Game & Watch Collection are Donkey Kong, Oil Panic, and Green House. They are all played in their native dual-screen configurations, with their original real-time clocks retained, as well as the choice between Game A/B and high score keeping. Colors are more contrasted and brighter than on the original Game & Watch devices. The available movement posture shadows are more visible, not unlike the Classic mode of Game & Watch Gallery 4. No additional features are added to the games, except for a control explanation in each game's mode selection menu.

The game has a menu for setting an alarm as well,[1] which relies on the Nintendo DS's built-in RTC functionality as opposed to the software clock, and which also makes the alarm unable to sound on a Nintendo 3DS.
