Long-Last Shake
Long-Last Shake SPM.png
Super Paper Mario description A fungal drink that regenerates your HP over time.

A Long-Last Shake is an item in Super Paper Mario that regenerates the player's Heart Points over time, similar to the Slow Shroom from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Using one begins a minigame where the player is prompted to tilt their Wii Remote in the directions shown. This makes it the only healing item in the game which requires an Action Command. The effect ranges from gradually recovering a minimum of 10 HP to a maximum of 20 HP, depending on how well the player matches the positions of the Wii Remote in the minigame. It is among a unique group of healing items that do not cure poison, the others being: Dayzee Syrup, Gradual Syrup, Heartful Cake, Sap Syrup, and Stamina Juice.

Long-Last Shakes can serve as a cheaper alternative to Super Shroom Shakes, provided the player can match directions with the Wii Remote.
