High-Octane Hippo is a minor character that appears in WarioWare: Move It! He is a pink hippopotamus with a white and orange striped floaty.

High-Octane Hippo appears in the "Makin' Waves" stage as one of the contestants for the Caresaway Grand Prix. Despite being far slower than the other contestants, he is the only one that does not make a wrong turn during the race, and as such ends up being the winner of the competition while the others fail to ever finish.
