Thunder Lakitus are Lakitus that shoots out a ball of energy, setting the ground on fire. Most noticeable in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island level 5-1: BLIZZARD!!!. They look tan or sun burnt, and carry a device (that probably conducts electricity) inside their clouds. The player will eventually know when they are about to attack because they make a loud noise and the screen flashes.
