A Bullet Bill Patch is simply just a Bullet Bill with a special patch look. It can move in 3D directions which makes a difference between them and Bullet Bills. They made their first appearance in Yoshi's Woolly World, just like Woollet Bills.
A Bullet Bill Patch is a variant Bullet Bill found in Yoshi's Woolly World. It is a two-dimensional patch of yarn resembling its original sprite form in Super Mario Bros.. They are first found in World 5-7, Snowy Mountain Lift Tour. If Yoshi unties a block of yarn containing a Bullet Bill Patch, they will be set free and fly towards Yoshi as if launched by a Bill Blaster. Yoshi can only defeat a Bullet Bill Patch by stomping on it.
