Psycho Kamek is a White Magikoopa hypnotist who lives in Little Fungitown in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. After Mario is diagnosed with Bean Fever, Luigi has to go to Guffawha Ruins to retrieve Crabbie Grass. However, Luigi lacks courage to go on his own, so he visits Psycho Kamek to help him get his courage back. Psycho Kamek hypnotizes Luigi into thinking he is Mario, giving him confidence. He then thinks to himself that Luigi may be the most easily hypnotized person he's ever worked with.
