Cloud N. Candy is one of the easiest bosses (if not the easiest boss) to defeat in the entire Marioverse. Cloud N. Candy only appears in the game Yoshi's Story. This boss is a massive cloud made up of fluffy yellow candy. To defeat this monster, Yoshi simply has to lick up the clouds and eat his candy body. After repeated licks, Cloud N. Candy will disappear into nothingness (just like real candy). However, Yoshi does have to watch out for Cloud N. Candy's (easily avoided) Jump attack.
