An Emergency Ration is a recipe that Dyllis can prepare in Super Paper Mario. It is made from mixing a Shroom Shake and a Fire Burst(both bought in the store found in Flipside). Although Emergency Rations heal ten HP under most circumstances, when used in either the Flipside or Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, an Emergency Ration heals fifty HP.
