Turret Tusk, after being defeated in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat
Turret Tusk defeated

Turret Tusk is the first Tusk and ruler of the Apple Kingdom in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. His appearance is that of a massive mechanical elephant whose body is a brown camouflage, and has bright red eyes.

Donkey Kong fights Turret Task at a small partially forested canyon. Turret Tusk attacks him by firing cannonballs out of his trunk. To defeat him, Donkey Kong must grab a Blood Pine from the ground and throw it at Turret Tusk's trunk, causing him to suck it in. The Blood Pine explodes inside Turret Tusk's body, causing him to fall over and spit out more Blood Pines, while briefly exposing his heart. Donkey Kong must continue throwing Blood Pines at Turret Tusk's heart, where they stick into until exploding. Afterward, Turret Tusk gets back on his feet, and the cycle repeats. If Donkey Kong throws enough Blood Pines at Turret Tusk's heart, he defeats Turret Tusk, resulting in it breaking down and falling apart.

He received a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Due to a mistake by the game's developers, the trophy shows Double Tusk instead.

Turret Tusk BrawlTrophy335.png GCN Donkey Kong Jungle Beat A boss enshrined upon a cliff in the Apple Kingdom. This creature gathers its breath and launches bombs from its nose. The trick is to throw pineapple-shaped bombs into its nose when it's inhaling to blow it up from the inside. For all its austerity, the Turret Tusk is actually quite stupid.
