Template:Worldbox Kremwood Forest is the second world of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. It is located on the same landmass as Lake Orangatanga and is just a short distance north of it. Kremwood Forest is a large, dark, and slightly spooky area filled with gigantic trees (some of which Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong must climb). The forest also has a river running through it and a mill nearby said river. This mill, which is infested by Sneeks, looms over Swanky Kong's tent.

Brash Bear is found in a log cabin (a stadium in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!) in the western portion of Kremwood Forest (the area's Secret Cave, Arich's Hoard, is also located here), and the Kongs must anger Brash by beating his time in the level Riverside Race. He throws a tantrum and causes a log to fall in the river, allowing the player(s) to use it to reach the cave.

Kremwood Forest was avoided by various explorers due to "scary tales about a giant spider lurking in the treetops."[1] Kremwood Forest's boss and the spider in question, Arich, is located in the northern portion of the forest inside an old tree.

Kremwood Forest is the only area in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble that has the spider-like creature Nid in it. The enemy monkeys called Minkeys were once only found here until the remake of Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! where they were added to another level called Sunken Spruce in the new area Pacifica. The Game Boy Advance remake also changes the positions of levels Barrel Shield Bust-Up and Springin' Spiders.
