Form Stones
The Form Stones are major objects featured in WarioWare: Move It! They are stones in the form of Nintendo Switch Joy-Con used as the control method for the entire game, equivalent to the Form Baton and the Balance Stone from WarioWare: Smooth Moves. The introduction cutscene reveals that a deity only known as the Voice from above gave the stones to the people of Caresaway Island, who danced with the stones to calm any form of evil that existed. When the WarioWare, Inc. staff arrive at the island, each member is given a pair of Form Stones. Unimpressed with the offering, Wario throws them away, causing a chain-reaction of events that launches him towards the island's shrine. He is chased away by the Woods Watchers, and accepts the stones when he escapes. Form Stones can also be used for making poses, as seen in Second-Chance Stances to continue the game and Short Breaks during intermissions after bosses, though the latter do not affect the gameplay.
Forms
Like in WarioWare: Smooth Moves, the Form Stones are held in a variety of forms, which dictate how microgames are played. Two forms return from WarioWare: Smooth Moves, "Big Cheese" and "Tug-of-War".

The Voice became aware of the journey's dangers and ordered that everyone prepared themselves to go quickly. Herein lies the origin of Choo Choo, the Form to survive an absurd mission.

See the Form Stones enjoying a respite from human hands. Little do they know that the silent calm is about to be broken by the people's revels.

Translation
The heavenly Voice announces:
"Place the Form Stones on a flat surface. You don't have to crouch. The Form Stones must have their front sides facing up. Don't remove their straps".
The Form Stones rest peacefully, free from human hands for short period. They don't know that it's just the calm before the storm: someone is lying in wait and is about to come out...
