Mario Coin
- Not to be confused with Coin.
A Mario Coin is a special type of coin that is found in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX.
Mario Kart Arcade GP 2
These types of coin only appear if the player is using a Mario Card. They are found on every course in the game. The player can collect these types of coins that are on the ground. If a player collects a certain number of Mario Coins, he or she will gain a special private kart for the character or gain a special item only for him or her. The player can lose these types of coins like the ordinary coins by simply bumping into a wall.
There are also two other ways to earn Mario Coins: finishing high in a race and playing Challenge Games.
