The Veranda is the first location of the Treacherous Mansion, the fifth mansion Luigi encounters during the events of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Luigi can access the basement of the mansion by using the vacuum on the Poltergust 5000 the hidden red ball in the well which is revealed by using the Dark Light. Obviously, Luigi can go inside the mansion by going inside the front door after it has been snatched back from the Polterpup that took it.

Appearance

The Veranda starts off with a large white gate, which Luigi has to go through to advance, but the player now must guide Luigi on a dangerous concrete rafter to get to the entrance. After the player does so, Luigi can advance on. The Veranda has no main part after D-1 as the gate past is unable to be visited again because the rafter is broken.
