- LEGO Super Mario (pictured) was announced on March 10, 2020, followed up with a longer trailer on March 13. No release date was given.
- Update 2.0.0 for Mario Kart Tour (pictured) was released on March 4, 2020, in preparation for multiplayer which was later implemented on March 8, 2020.
- Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses was announced as the next DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and released on January 28, 2020.
- On January 13, 2020, Universal Parks & Resorts and Nintendo released a music video promoting the Super Nintendo World theme park area at Universal Studios Japan, which is set to open in the summer of 2020. On the same day, they released new details on the theme park features which include a smartphone app and wristband integration.
