“Ack! Th-That's one of the contracts for my upcoming business deal!”
Businessman, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

The Vital Paper is an item that Mario finds that contains specific information about the Businessman's company's new product, Nitro Honey Syrup. Mario finds it in Zip Toad's (who is actually Doopliss in disguise) room. With this paper as evidence against Zip Toad for being the writer of the yummy, sticky threat, Mario can go and capture him.
