Cryobolide, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

Cryobolide is a Spark that appears in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located in Pristine Peaks, from the battle Freeze in Your Tracks. After the battle, Cryobolide joins the heroes on their adventure.

In battle, Cryobolide's ability is Frostbite Attack, which gives the Frostbite Super Effect to a hero's weapon for one turn. Cryobolide can be upgraded if Star Bits are fed to it, which increases the damage even more. Its passive ability is Frostbite Protector, which decreases the damage taken from all Super Effects, as well as making the hero be resistant to the Frostbite Super Effect. When upgraded, the Super Effect damage is lessened even more.

Cryobolide is a blue/light blue Spark that is made of ice. Its name is a combination of the prefix "cryo-" and "bolide", an exceptionally bright meteor.

Trivia[edit]

  • Prior to an update, Cryobolide's animation when activating Frostbite Attack was the same one as all of the other elemental Sparks. However, it has since been changed to the one used by Starburst and Glitter, and due to Cryobolide using the wrong animation, it does not make a sound when its ability is activated.
