Fire Bar

Firebars are a fireball stick found in fortresses in Super Mario Bros.. Although not a living enemy, they go swinging around trying to hurt Mario or Luigi.

They were the only enemy of the original Super Mario Bros. not re-featured in Super Mario Bros. 3. They appear in later Mario games such as New Super Mario Bros. and Yoshi's Island DS.

Their official name is unknown. Many other names include "Fire Rod", "Fire Rope", "Firesnake", "Flame Chain" and "Fire Windmill".
